About us
Traditional flavours,
served the way they should be
At Duby we cook the traditional way: long simmering pots, charcoal heat, breads pulled fresh from the oven and spices ground in the kitchen rather than bought in a jar. Nothing is rushed, because the food we serve was never meant to be.
Our dining room sits in Dubai, a city where every table gathers people from everywhere. That is exactly how we like it. Come as two, come as twelve, and share plates in the middle until the conversation runs out.
